The whole system is composed of three interconnected main parts, forming an integrated production line:
The feeding system consists of automatic weighing and conveying modules for powder and liquid materials (which are stored and transferred separately). Materials are conveyed in enclosed pipelines, preventing any chances of dust/liquid leakage. It ensures the feed quantity is accurate and that the workplace is clean and tidy.
The powder-liquid mixing system performs the first stage mixing and dispersion of materials. The system is fully enclosed and adopts negative pressure; once powdery materials enter the system, they are instantly wetted by liquid to prevent formation of agglomerates.
The large-capacity looping design ensures the whole batch of material is adequately sheared; it makes the final product smooth and fine with a high level of batch consistency.
The technical core of the entire system lies in the combination of two devices: the circulating high-efficiency pulping machine & the inline grinding disperser.
It is the core equipment of the powder-liquid mixing system. This single machine integrates the functions of powder wetting, mixing, dispersing, and looped homogenization; it ensures all materials are processed equally and secures uniformity.
It is the core equipment of the circulating fine dispersion system. It simultaneously grinds and disperses materials, effectively preventing agglomerates, meanwhile keeping the slurry smooth and evenly distributed. It adopts a design with enclosed pipeline system, empowering continuous manufacturing with high operational efficiency and stability.
