About Our New Technology

The “emulsification-dispersion coupled double-helix extrusion green exfoliation preparation technology for graphene” consists of a two-stage setup, each stage is driven by an individual drive unit. The first stage is a primary exfoliation unit, which has a mixing device on top, and a discharging device at the bottom that transports material to the second stage via a pipe. The second stage is a fine exfoliation unit with stronger shearing. This configuration efficiently solves previous problems on existing methods, such as insufficient shearing forces, slow exfoliation rate, uneven or thick layer, inconsistent connections, poor fit of grinding disc, high risk of damaging the structure, and more; it is able to produce graphene with higher quality and stability, enhancing its performance in further applications.
