This SWCNT slurry production line consists of two stages of operation. The first stage includes a tank and a batched high-shear disperser. The purpose is to premix the solid raw material with the liquid medium, to ensure the slurry meets the required uniformity before the second stage.

After the first stage of premixing, it proceeds to the second stage, featuring an ultra-high-pressure homogenizer, and two tanks which feed the slurry back into the homogenizing system, enabling repetitive processing of materials.

The final products obtained is stable and ultra-fine carbon slurry, which meets preconditions of producing high-quality SWCNTs.
