SGN designs and manufactures integrated machine groups and production systems, in order to satisfy complex processing requirements that cannot be met by standard standalone equipment. With a grinding-dispersing system featuring multiple machine units operating simultaneously, it becomes capable of performing more processing functions and is able to handle a wider range of raw materials.

SGN grinding-dispersing system blends raw materials of one or more immiscible dispersing phases into a homogenized continuous phase, in an even, rapid, and efficient way. The system features a high-shear mill generating strong mechanical momentum to tear apart the material; the material is then drawn to the disperser, where it is suctioned into the narrow gap between the rotor and stator by centrifugal forces, causing the material to receive more than 100,000 times of strong hydraulic shears per minute. The processing outcome is that immiscible materials in solid, liquid, and gas phases are instantly changed into a unified mixture, and after cyclical repetitions of these processes, high-quality, stable, and foamless final product can be obtained.

This system is also highly modular: a wide selection of customized options is available, such as alternative dispersing head configurations. Vessels of different volumes and capacities are supplied, ranging from 30L to 100L; additional electric heating or steam heating units can be installed on vessel. Automatic CIP/SIP cleaning modules controlled by PLC can also be provided on request.
