The GDL1000 series is an inline mixing machine with a relatively lower shear force. It features high flow rate, and the rotor’s circumferential speed is about 10-20 m/s. It is suitable for scenarios where shear force is not required, but a stable homogeneous mixture is still demanded. Due to the high flow rate, no sediment (such as slurry) will form in pipelines or storage tanks.

If a better homogenization effect is needed, a shear pump may be used instead.

It is suitable in the preparation of sauce, juice & jam, sugar solutions, pigment, resin, glue, and similar products.
