The GDL1000 series is an inline mixing machine with a relatively lower shear force. It has a high flow rate, and the rotor’s circumferential speed is about 10-20 m/s. It is an ideal machine in case of producing stable, homogeneous solutions from materials that are sensitive to shear. It is especially suitable in the repetitive treating of slurry materials, as its high flow rate prevents the formation of slurry sediment in pipelines or storage tanks. It is also suitable for preparing food sauce, juice & jam, sugar solutions, pigment, resin, glue, and similar products that do not demand a high shear force, yet a stable mixture is still required.

Its rotor-stator structure satisfies ordinary processing requirements, but if a better homogenization effect is needed, an additional shear pump may be used.
