The GM2000 series colloid mill is particularly suitable for the production of colloidal solutions, ultra-fine suspensions and emulsions. GM2000 operates in a process known as wet milling. When operating, the eccentric rotation of the dispersing head creates a vortex in the solution, achieving better grinding and dispersing effects.
The GM2000 mill adopts the most ideal geometrical structure of the dispersing head: in addition to the adjustable gap between the rotor and stator, the three groups of rotors and stators are assembled as a cone-shape, and the working chamber has a wide inlet space and a narrow outlet space. This structure ensures excellent wet milling and dispersing outcomes.
The machine is made from high-quality materials with top-grade surface finishes, ensuring the hygiene of the product, and making it capable of fulfilling various industrial-specific requirements.
