GMSD2000 is a high-tech equipment combining a colloid mill and a disperser.

The first stage of the machine features a three-level rotor-stator with concave-convex sawtooth; the precision of sawtooth becomes progressively finer, and the direction of the concave-convex changes at different levels.

The second stage consists of a dispersing head. The design of dispersing components satisfies the requirement of processing materials with different viscosity and particle size distributions.

All dispersing heads on this model are replaceable. The rough, moderate, and fine teeth on the dispersing head make significant differences to dispersing head’s function, furthermore, alternative geometric properties, such as the number of tooth, or width of concave&convex, might also influence the outcome. In SGN, multiple dispersion head options are available on request, enabling the equipment to meet as many processing requirements as possible.

The rotor’s coating is available with the following materials: metal carbide, ceramic, and other materials that comply with pharmaceutical and food-grade standards.
