The GMSD2000 series is one of the most advanced wet processing machines; it combines a colloid mill and a disperser inside one single machine unit.

The first stage of the equipment is a colloid mill featuring a three-level serrated rotor-stator; the precision of sawtooth becomes progressively finer, and the direction of sawtooth changes at each level. This structure is replaceable and supporting customization: options of rough, moderate, and fine teeth are provided for the processing of varied materials; rotor-stator with alternative geometric properties is also available on request, such as different numbers, or different widths of teeth.

The second stage of the machine is a disperser, which also includes a set of rotor and stator with an adjustable inner gap; the gap distance has a direct influence on the material’s particle size after dispersion. The rotor’s coating is available with the following materials: metal carbide, ceramic, and other materials that comply with pharmaceutical and food-grade standards.
