The GRS2000 series is a three-stage high-shear disperser mainly used in the production of micro-emulsions and ultra-fine suspensions.

There are three sets of high-shear dispersing heads in the working chamber operating simultaneously, they are capable of grinding raw materials to an extremely fine level while keeping the particle size distribution within a narrow range, securing the stability of the outcome product. All three dispersing heads are easy to replace, suitable for various processing applications.

GRS2000 is developed on the basis of GR2000 series with further increased shear rate and revolution speed: its shear rate can exceed 10000rpm, and rotor’s linear speed can reach 40 m/s. It is capable of reducing the size of the particles to nanometre level, and enabling the particle size distribution to be further narrower.

The different models of this series have the same linear speed and shear rate, making it simple to expand to large-scale production. It also complies with CIP/SIP cleaning standards, making it suitable for food and pharmaceutical productions.
