The GMO2000 cone mill is particularly suitable for the production of colloidal solutions, ultra-fine suspensions and emulsions; it is a further optimized model based on GM2000, featuring up-to-date technological innovations. The gap between cone-shaped blades can be adjusted to minimum to reduce the particle size and to obtain a finer suspension. The rotor blade of the cone mill contains high-quality materials that have excellent crushing effects. The high-shear working area is also protected from wear and corrosion.
Depending on the viscosity of raw materials, the rotor-stator gap can be adjusted flexibly to ensure uniform treatment results. Even for larger models, the gap can still be adjusted to meet production requirements.
The rotor’s coating is available with the following materials: metal carbide, ceramic, and other materials that comply with pharmaceutical and food-grade standards.
