The GR2000 series is a three-stage high-shear disperser mainly used in the production of micro-emulsions and fine suspensions.

There are three sets of high-shear dispersing heads in the working chamber operating simultaneously, they are capable of grinding raw materials to an extremely fine level while keeping the particle size distribution within a narrow range, securing the stability of the outcome product. All three dispersing heads are easy to replace, suitable for various processing applications.

The different models of this series have the same shear rate and rotor linear speed (23m/s), making it simple to expand to large-scale production. It also complies with CIP/SIP cleaning standards, making it suitable for food and pharmaceutical productions.

This equipment is suitable in the processing of following products: cream, juice, cosmetic, toothpaste, detergent, pesticide, herbicide, vaccine, ointment, antibiotic, diesel, water-coal-slurry, coal-to-liquid, carbon black, lithium battery slurry.
