The GBI2000 high-shear powder-liquid mixer is suitable for batched operations with a repeating loop, and the equipment is directly installed at the bottom of the vessel. It is capable of inhaling materials, discharging via pump, and automatically cleaning up as complying with the CIP standard.

GBI2000 has a patented two-stage design, allowing it to be installed to the manufacturing equipment with either single-stage or two-stage setup. The first stage is equipped with a bottom agitator and a special rotor that can generate turbulence in the vessel; even for high-viscosity materials, it can secure high circulation performances.  The second stage consists of a rotor-stator system, which ensures effective homogenization and a narrow particle size distribution. The rotor-stator gap can be adjusted depending on production requirements.

Powder and liquid can be drawn into the mixing chamber directly, without requiring an additional vacuum pump.
