The GDL2000 series is a single-stage disperser, it is suitable for producing stable emulsions with relatively larger particle sizes. This equipment features a high flow rate and processing capacity; it also has a strong shearing force and high rotor linear speed to ensure materials are dispersed uniformly into the continuous phase, meanwhile keeping the particle size distribution within a narrow range, securing the product mixture’s stability. It is ideal in processing situations where large throughput and high quality are demanded, whereas the product fineness is not a first requirement.

GDL2000 supports a maximum operational pressure of 16Bar and a maximum temperature of 120℃. An explosion-proof metal case may be installed to protect the motor. A wide selection of alternative rotor-stator configurations are also offered to help the equipment handle a broader variety of materials. When processing materials with high viscosity, a pump might be added at the inlet to increase fluidity.

It is suitable in the large-scale inline manufacturing of consumer goods, such as food, juice, condiment, cosmetic, resin, glue, pigment, and similar products.
