The GM2000/3 colloid mill is a model specializing in processing colloidal solutions, ultra-fine suspensions and emulsions; the machine unit is integrated with a control system designed for laboratory operations.
The milling system of GM2000/3 adopts three stages of rotor-stator sets assembled in a cone-shaped structure inside a working chamber with a wide inlet and a narrow outlet; this structure processes materials progressively from coarse to fine, which ensures excellent milling and dispersing outcomes. The rotor and stator configurations can be customized, and the rotor-stator gap is also flexibly adjustable, making it capable of handling a wide range of materials for different processing purposes.
The smart control system on the machine unit includes a touchscreen, enabling real-time monitoring on temperature and adjustment on rotation speed during operation. All of its liquid-contacting parts are made of SS316L or SS316Ti, as compliant with 3A sanitary standards; it also contains CIP/SIP functions to secure hygiene. The machine unit is compact and easily moveable; it uses 220V power supply and supports plug-and-play. It is applicable in the R&D, sampling, small and pilot scale testing across various fields, and it is able to meet most of the needs for fluid processing in laboratory settings.
