The GMSD2000/3 model is an advanced wet grinding machine, it is integrated with a smart control system, making it suitable for laboratory uses.

The grinding system of GMSD2000/3 consists of a colloid mill and a disperser. The colloid mill has a three-level serrated rotor-stator structure, where the sawtooth becomes finer at each stage; the disperser also includes a set of rotor-stator with an adjustable inner gap. It processes materials progressively from coarse to fine, and this process can be performed in cycles, enabling continuous grinding, dispersing, homogenizing, and emulsifying of materials on this single unit. The rotor-stator configurations may further be customized to handle different materials in various processing situations.

The smart control system adopts a touchscreen to empower accurate and efficient operation; it allows real-time monitoring on temperature and simple adjustment on rotation speed. All liquid-contacting parts are made of SS316L or SS316Ti, as compliant with 3A sanitary standards; it also contains CIP/SIP functions to secure hygiene. The machine unit is compact and is easily moveable; it uses 220V power supply and supports plug-and-play. It is applicable in the R&D, sampling, small and pilot scale testing across various fields, and it is able to meet most of the needs for fluid processing in laboratory settings.
