The GRS2000/3 model is a three-stage high-shear dispersing machine capable of producing micro-emulsions and ultra-fine suspensions, while it also integrates a control system for laboratory uses.
The working chamber of GRS2000/3 consists of three sets of rotor-stator dispersing heads that operate simultaneously, they are capable of grinding raw materials to an extremely fine level while keeping the particle size distribution within a narrow range, securing the stability of the outcome product. The configuration of all three sets of dispersing heads can be customized, and they are easy to replace. It is equipped with a strong motor imported from Germany, which has an output speed of 14000rpm; its rotor linear speed can reach 41 m/s and is flexibly adjustable.
It features a smart control system that adopts a touchscreen to empower accurate and efficient operation; it allows real-time monitoring on temperature and simple adjustment on rotation speed. All liquid-contacting parts are made of SS316L or SS316Ti, as compliant with 3A sanitary standards; it also contains CIP/SIP function to secure hygiene. The machine unit is compact and easily moveable; it uses 220V power supply and supports plug-and-play. It is applicable in the R&D, sampling, small and pilot scale testing across various fields, and it is able to meet most of the needs for fluid processing in laboratory settings.
