SGN Eco-Friendly Jet Mill is designed for agrochemical industries, especially the manufacturing of wettable powder (WP) pesticides. It is an integrated system covering pre-mixing, jet milling, post-mixing, and dust collection; the system is fully enclosed and runs at negative pressure during operation. It is equipped with a strong dust remover to effectively prevent dust leakage; it is compliant with ecological requirements on green productions in the agrochemical industry.

The equipment utilizes high-speed airflow to accelerate materials, causing materials to repetitively impact at the nozzle convergence point, thereby achieving size reduction after particle-to-particle collision. The absence of temperature rise and mechanical grinding media means the material’s original nature can be protected at its best. The outcome powder's fineness is adjustable, and its particle size distribution is narrow, which increases its performance after it is wetted.

The equipment has no dead corners, it has low material residue after operation, and it is easy to disassemble and clean. It contains a PLC module to enable automation and remote control. It runs at a low noise level, and it has explosion-proof measures to secure safe operation.
