SGN Jet Mill for Pharmaceutics is a model specially designed for pharmaceutics, foods, and cosmetics industries; it is suitable for pulverizing materials prone to oxidation or sensitive to contamination. It achieves particle size reduction by using high-speed gas flows to accelerate the material, causing strong collisions and shear forces between particles. The operation has no temperature rise, which fully preserves nutrients and flavors of ingredients and avoid changes in composition caused by high temperatures. The fineness of powders can be flexibly adjusted according to different processing requirements.
This equipment forms an enclosed system preventing external pollution sources from entering inside, meanwhile materials do not come in contact with any metallic grinding media during operation, meaning the risk of internal contamination is also reduced. It also adopts a modular structure with no sanitary dead corners, enabling easy dissemblance for cleaning and maintenance.
