SGN Jet Mill for New Energy is a model specially designed for new energy industry chains, including productions of lithium-ion batteries, solid-state batteries, photovoltaics, and hydrogen energy. It is the core equipment for enhancing electrochemical performance, photovoltaic efficiency, and product consistency of new energy materials.
This equipment is used for ultra-fine grinding, particle size control, and purification of materials prone to oxidation, flammable or explosive, or sensitive to contamination; it adopts high-pressure inert gas (nitrogen or argon) to propel the material to move at high speeds. Ultra-fine grinding is achieved through particle-to-particle collisions, shearing, and friction, with no mechanical grinding media coming into direct contact with the material. The entire process takes place in low-oxygen, low-temperature environment to prevent oxidation, combustion, and explosion of highly reactive materials; meanwhile, gas expansion absorbs heat to achieve low-temperature pulverization, thereby maintaining material’s crystal structures and physicochemical properties. The inert gas used in operation is recycled to minimize consumption. The purity error can be controlled within 1%.
