The double/multi effect falling film evaporator is applicable to concentration of traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine, glucose, starch, MSG, dairy, chemical industry, etc. It is especially suitable for low temperature vacuum concentration of heat sensitive substances. As a double/multi effect system, it collects the flash steam that is generated during the heating processes, which is them compressed through the heat pump and utilized in subsequent heating stages. It largely reduces the consumption of steam and saves the production cost.
It can carry out continuous sterilization and concentration. The heating period of materials is short and the evaporation temperature is low. It has minimal influence on the products' color, flavor and nutritious content, which is especially applicable to concentration heat sensitive substances like milk.
