The equipment is suitable for alcohol sediment in Chinese medicine, oral liquid, food, health-protective products and chemical industry. Alcohol sediment is developed from traditional technology, mainly used for freezing fried and condensed Chinese medicine liquid or to operate warm alcohol sediment; it also can be used to operate water sediment after Chinese herbs are extracted.
The device includes the ellipse seal head with clip sleeve, taped-shaped base of cylinder, inner-installed three-paddle miller and special finely regulated revolve-out liquid pipe, etc. The mode for water-decocting and concentration of traditional Chinese medicine as follow: fill the alcohol to form mixture, then freeze under low temperature to make deposition to separate the solid from the liquid, thereby improving the purity and cleanness of the extracted medical liquid. The device is made of SS304; high-pressure automatic spray & cleaning systems are available. It is able to fill the low temperature of cooling water through the clip sleeve. The mechanical seal in the transmission part and the explosion-proof motor can ensure the security of the production process, meeting with the GMP standard. The surface is polished to mirror or matte finish.
