The BN coiled tube vacuum concentrating pot is a spherical, three-dimensional sealed device with an insulated jacket, employing a simple and efficient hydraulic jet for vacuuming. It consists of three parts: an evaporation chamber, heating coils, and a separator. The feed liquid is drawn into the evaporation chamber from the upper part. The heating coils consist of three to five rows of flat, coiled stainless steel tubes. Steam heats the liquid within the coil space. Newer models of this series add a small set of coils inside the lower head of the concentrator, allowing evaporation even with feed liquids weighing less than 30 kg.
This equipment is designed to prevent material leakage and is easy to clean. The insulation layer is made of thin stainless steel sheet with a matte finish, meeting the requirements of pharmaceutical and food hygiene laws and GMP standards.
This equipment is suitable for concentrating liquids such as fishmeal, food products, MSG, dairy products, glucose, starch, fruit juice, biopharmaceuticals, and chemicals.
