The WJG series of vessels features heating and heat retention functions and is manufactured, pressure-tested, and accepted in accordance with the Technical Specifications for Steel Welded Vessels. It is available in a range of capacities from 100L to 7,000L, and customized design can be offered to meet specific needs.

The tank is made of SS316L and SS304 materials. It is equipped with a level gauge (contactless ultrasonic, hydrostatic transmitter, or glass tube type), an air breather, a sterilization steam port, a thermometer (digital or dial type), a CIP universal tank washer, a light port viewing window, several liquid inlet and outlet ports, and a manhole. The agitator shaft is sealed with an imported sanitary-grade mechanical seal, and the gear reducer is supplied by world-renowned brands such as German Flender or SEW, with an agitation speed of 36–53 rpm. Variable frequency drives may also be used for speed control. Connections utilize internationally recognized ISO-standard quick-connect chuck fittings, and the inner tank is made of imported SS316L or SS304 stainless steel.

The system operates in atmospheric pressure; operating temperature: 60–100°C; sterilization pressure: 0.15–0.3 MPa; sterilization temperature: 121–132°C.
