The single effect falling film evaporator is mainly used in the concentration of food, chemical industry, dairy, beverage, medicine, and recovery of industrial organic solvent (such as alcohol). It is especially suitable for the concentration of liquid milk: its heating period is short, and the evaporation temperature is low, which maintains the flavor of fresh milk. It is applicable in the low temperature vacuum concentration of heat sensitive substances with smaller concentration ratio. The falling film chamber adopts stainless steel integral framework structure with low integral height. It is very suitable for installation in liquid milk workshop. The hot pressure pump draws flash steam, making it more energy-saving.
The device is installed with cleaning spray head and internal CIP system, as well as fully sealed balancing tank and acid & alkali tanks, which can reduce pollution and volatilization of acid & alkali. It adopts vacuum concentration. The auto-control box equipped with analogue diagram of technological flow can clearly display the status of the device and enable convenient operation. It has large recovery capacity that is 5-10 times more than production capacity of similar devices, while its energy consumption is also 30% reduced.
The device adopts external heating natural cycling mode and vacuum negative pressure evaporating mode, with instant evaporation and great concentration ratio to 1.3. The liquid materials are concentrated without foam under the completely sealed status. The cleaning is convenient: just open the upper and lower covers of the heater. The operation is easy and the space is small. The heater and evaporator adopt stainless steel heat preservation structure. The heat preservation layer adopts stainless steel sheet as the shell. The surface is treated with mirror polishing or matte finish.
