The JG series fermenting tank is an agitating tank with special standard paddles with three layers and six flat vanes for fermentation; it has an adjustable agitation speed range of 50-300rpm.
The tank is made of SS316L and SS304; its interior and exterior surfaces are polished to mirror finish with fineness of Ra0.4μm. The tank body is equipped with sampling valve and discharging valve, as well as standard temperature gauge, pH and DO sensor interfaces. It is equipped with CIP and SIP systems to enable convenient cleaning.
The control system of the tank allows adjustment on operational temperature, pH value, gas flow rate, and oxygen dissolution level. The equipment features an automatic foam detection system and a defoaming module. A function of automatic feeding and adding materials via a creeping pump over a given period of time is also available.
