The SGNK concentration skid is a flexible and efficient device for concentration, evaporation, and dehydration of materials. It includes a heat pump system applying principles of the reverse Carnot cycle to energy transferring, in order to save cost and maximize efficiency. During operation, the working fluid undergoes a closed loop of vaporizing, compression, cooling, expansion, and back to vaporizing; the working fluid absorbs heat at the condenser for cooling, then carries the heat to the reboiler for heat exchange while heating the material. As this process repeats, the working fluid supplies both heating and cooling energy that is required in concentration processes, thereby reducing a significant amount of cost and emission.
The equipment has a large working temperature range: its maximum temperature can reach 100℃, suitable for concentrating solvents with high boiling points; it can also work at 40℃, which is capable of handling heat-sensitive materials. The heat pump system operates safely, as it avoids the conventional mechanism of using a fan to directly compress materials, which risks causing explosion when processing flammable solvents; this system utilizes non-flammable working fluid to heat up materials instead, securing safety and making it applicable on a wider range of materials.
The system is an all-in-one compact skid; it can be easily installed onto existing machine groups while taking a small floor space. Its entire operation process requires only a small amount of steam at startup, cutting operation costs by approximately 70%. It features full PLC control and meters for monitoring.
