The GN series cycling scraper film evaporator is a new type of high-efficiency device for falling film evaporating in vacuum condition. It has great heat transfer rate, short period of overflowing, and is flexible in operation; it is applicable for the evaporation and concentration of heat sensitive materials, and materials of high viscosity and crystal particles. Therefore, it is widely used in industries of fine chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutics, and food.

The evaporator features most advanced structure: it adopts slidable centrifugal groove rotors. Accumulated residue in liquids attached to interior walls of tanks can be scraped off quickly by moving blades. Compared with the evaporators with fixed-gap structures, this machine's evaporating quantity can be enhanced by 40-69%, and its performance characteristics are as following:

1. Great heat transfer factor, great capability in evaporation, up to 200 kg/m²hr, high heat efficiency.

2. Period of heating is short, around 5-10 seconds, in vacuum condition; it is beneficial to heat sensitive materials to prevent decomposing of effective contents for good quality of products.

3. Wide range of viscosity can be adapted, materials of various viscosity can be processed, viscosity can reach 100,000cP.

Design can be customized according to customers' requirements of lower evaporation temperature. When pressure of steam is above 0.6 MPa, the flash steam compression pump can be attached to reuse the steam for reheating, which saves energy.
