The stainless steel reaction tank is a commonly used reactor in pharmaceutical and chemical fields, it works at certain temperature and pressure, using agitator to mix two or more kinds of liquids into a solid or liquid medium, promoting the chemical reactions, usually with heating effect. The heat exchanging device inputs required energy or removes unwanted energy generated during processing. Anchor-type or frame-type agitators are commonly used, ensuring that the material is mixed uniformly in a short amount of time. It has many agitation levels with adjustable speed; temperature display and control modules are also equipped.

The crystallizer adopts imported SS304 or SS316L, with inner wall of mechanical polishing or electrolyted mirror finish, outer wall of all-welded insulation, outer surface of mirror or matte finish. The respirator of 0.22μm is installed on the crystallizer. It can bear 121℃ high temperature sterilization and disinfection, and a pressure meter is equipped. Outer connection of the crystallizer adopts a quick connector. The crystallizer has temperature monitor device, two sight lights, cleaning ball and inlet of nitrogen, temperature connection, etc. Seal of shaft adopts special sanitary-grade mechanical seal design ensuring they are not polluted. It uses adjustment device of frequency conversion with large adjustment range of shaft speed.
