The MVR forced circulation evaporate system has a wide range of applications. It is applicable in salt production industries, such as traditional vacuum salt production, mine salt production, and salt nitrate separation; it is also suitable for the treatment of high salt, high COD, high boiling-point wastewater in chemical and pharmaceutical industries. It may be utilized in factories to achieve "zero discharge" of chemical wastewater, biological sewage, and solid waste recycling. It is capable of recovering lithium from evaporated crystalline lithium batteries.
The MVR system has three key technologies: evaporative concentrator, steam compressor, and automation control system. The preheated liquid is transported to the evaporator through the feed pump and exchanges heat with the flash steam compressed by the steam compressor, causing it to rapidly vaporize and evaporate. The compressor is the core component of the MVR system, which compresses the flash steam to increase its enthalpy and provide continuous steam supply to the system. The control system features a PLC and monitoring center; through software programming, real-time recording of signals from various sensors is achieved for accurate display of status, and it enables thorough control to the operation, such as the motor speed (pumps, compressors), opening and closing, regulation of valves (pneumatic or electric), regulation of fluid flow, temperature, and pressure.
The device also has various functions including automatic alarm, automatic parameter recording, and reports generating.
