The multifunctional extraction tank is applicable in processes of water frying (normal or high pressure), warm soaking, thermal reflux, compulsory circulation, percolation, redolent oil extraction, and organic solvent recycling in pharmaceutics, biology, food, and chemical industry. The equipment has better extraction effects when dynamic extraction or counter-current extraction is applied; both methods are able to achieve an outcome with higher purity, higher active contents, in a shorter period of time.
The machine unit contains equipment including extracting tank, defoamer, condenser, cooler, oil and water separator, filter, cylinder control desk and other accessories. The tank body is equipped with CIP cleaning automatic rotary spraying ball, thermometer, pressure gauge, explosion-proof view lamp, sight glass, and rapid open type feeding inlet., which guarantee convenient operation and is in accordance with GMP standard. The tank body inside the equipment is made of imported SS304 or SS316L.
