The SJN heat pump evaporator is applicable in the concentration of traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine, starch sugar and other water solution. It is a double effect concentrator, in which the flash steam generated in the first-effect heating is collected and reused in the second-effect heating. The machine unit consists of the first-effect heater, first-effect evaporator, heat pump, second-effect heater, second-effect evaporator, condenser, liquid receiving tank, a set of tube and valve in the system.
The heat pump is an important part of the equipment: it compresses the flash steam before it is reused, which largely improves the steam's heating efficiency, reduces the consumption of steam and saves overall production cost. For each kilogram of water processed, the equipment only consumes 0.33-0.37kg of steam; it can save 34% energy and 30% water than a normal double-effect concentrator without heat pump.
Temperature index: live steam pressure 0.5-0.7MPa; first-effect heating temperature 90℃; first-effect evaporation temperature 75℃; second-effect heating temperature 75℃; second-effect heating temperature 75℃; second-effect evaporation temperature 55℃.
