The THN-Z machine group is capable of operating heat-recycling distillation and condensation, as well as normal distillation, condensation, deposition and seeping. It consists of distilling pot, tube heater, evaporator, cooler, oil separator, oil collector, medicine liquid pump, weighting vent, liquid storage pot, filter, vacuum pump, and electric box. Deformers are fixed in the steam outlet of the distilling pot and evaporator.

The unit supports both steam heating and oil heating systems. It can work in the condition of negative pressure, normal pressure, and positive pressure. It can be applied in distillation of water, ethanol, and solvent, as compliant to GMP standard.
