Equipped with high efficiency vortex separator, the plate concentrating equipment revolves around the new-type plate rising-falling film evaporator to evaporate materials under vacuum at low temperature, and heat the steam to carry out multi-effect evaporation operation through repetitive use. It adopts plate heat exchanger to instantly and rapidly complete heating and sterilizing processes. The duration of materials exposing under high temperature is short, making it applicable in the concentration of fruit juice, dairy, sugar alcohol and fine chemicals materials.
The equipment has compact structure and high operating efficiency. Comparing with traditional shell-and-tube evaporator, plate-type evaporator with unique corrugation has higher heat transfer efficiency, especially in the condition with medium of high concentration and high viscosity: for the same heat exchanging area, plate heat exchanger has larger passage area and lower friction than shell-and-tube evaporator, meaning that for the same performance, plate concentrator consumes less power.
The plate concentrator features low retention volume, so there is hardly any residue remaining in the machine, which makes the disassembly and cleaning on this equipment more convenient.
